Charles R. Mazzitti
Charles “Chuck” Mazzitti is the Founder of the EAP Services division of Mazzitti & Sullivan. Chuck has over 35 years of mental health and substance abuse counseling, business consulting and speaking experience. He often provides executive coaching for corporate leaders, and is often requested to help with trauma and stress mitigation following critical incidents. His body of work includes providing traumatic support services to jurors of high-profile cases.
Mazzitti & Sullivan was founded in 1983 through a desire to help the local community through drug and alcohol services and mental health counseling. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is an organizationally separate division, added in 1984.
Chuck provides the vision and direction for M&S EAP that inspires his staff to grow and to be on the cutting edge of behavioral healthcare as it applies to the workplace. The goal of M&S EAP Services is to allow organizations to improve employee well-being and work performance. While M&S considers central PA home, it currently contracts with over 300 employers providing services to more than 500,000 lives across the United States. Chuck’s dedication to exceptional service provides the base for M&S EAP’s ability to exceed client and customer needs.
Cheryl Raudenbush
Executive Director
Cheryl Raudenbush
Cheryl Raudenbush is the Executive Director of M&S EAP and has been with organization since 2003. She has her master’s degree from Penn State University.
Cheryl is also a Certified Behavioral & Motivational Analyst and has concentrated her efforts in providing EAP extended services including personal & professional development assessment tools, job benchmarking, executive coaching and conflict resolution services for corporate clients. She also provides training on a variety of topics, team-building activities and is a CISM-trained responder. For the past two years, Cheryl’s focus and passion has been to lead the EAP team in building quality relationships, providing excellent care, service and support to the current EAP clients that have joined our EAP family.
Ethan Troutman
Public Contracts Manager
Ethan Troutman
Ethan Troutman is our Public Contracts Manager and has been with M&S EAP for over 5 years. He excels at working with our county entities to provide EAP solutions for HR professionals and their employees across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Ethan believes that every person should utilize the EAP, and has a knack for finding solutions for unique situations.
In addition to his role working with county government, Ethan has recently teamed up with other members of our staff to oversee the continuation and building of a Police Peer Program for mental health in the greater Harrisburg Area. Ethan has a passion for providing law enforcement with peer support and confidential access to EAP services.
Ethan is CISM-certified and enjoys responding onsite to different crises when they occur. One of Ethan’s strengths is meeting people where they are by showing true empathy, and creating a safe environment for the individual to access services. Being available for employers in their time of crisis is foundational to Ethan as a person, as well as his role.
Aside from his work at M&S EAP, Ethan can be found enjoying the outdoors, spending time at the gym, attending sporting events or enjoying time with family and friends.
Andrea Angelucci

Andrea Angelucci
Andrea Angelucci joined M&S EAP in 2007. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, she began as a Client Solution Specialist and has transitioned through various roles, from overseeing M&S Consulting services, to EAP Staff Services Administrator to Director of Operations. She has the privilege of working with the entire EAP team in developing and continuing to provide superior services to our clients. Her passion to serve others provides the foundation to build and maintain strong foundational relationships in assisting those who are pursuing both professional and personal growth.

Terri Kestner
Terri Kestner, a graduate of Shippensburg University and Elizabethtown College, has been with M&S EAP Services since 2006 and serves as our Client Experience Manager. In addition to her role, she is Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) certified and has responded to numerous CISM requests. In her spare time, she serves as a church leader and enjoys exercising, reading, being outside, and spending time with friends and family.

Jenny Guerrero
Jenny Guerrero has worked for M&S EAP since July 2022. Jenny works as an Employee Experience Specialist as well as with the Police Peer Support Program. Jenny is trained in Critical Stress Debriefing and is a Certified Recovery Specialist. Our Police Peer Support Program comes to us from Gaudenzia/ ACCESS EAP, where Jenny worked extensively with the Police Peer Support team and now brings her expertise to M&S EAP. Jenny’s favorite saying is “trust the process.”
Jessica Schneck

Jessica Schneck
Jessica Schneck is a professional people person. She works at M&S EAP as Corporate Development & Wellness Manager providing pragmatic advice, creative solutions and personal support. Her experience includes staffing and recruiting, onboarding and new hire orientation, training and development, employee relations and customer service. She has a communications degree from Mira Costa College, and she is currently pursuing a degree in Wellness and Health Promotion from Harrisburg Area Community College. She is passionate about mental health, workplace wellness and employee engagement. Above all, Jessica is a lifelong learner with a growth mindset. She helps clients stay on top of current issues with thorough research and timely training, and she works to ensure clients’ needs are met through analysis and action – with an emphasis on action.
Lindsay Watson
Lead Employee Experience Specialist
Lindsay Watson
Lindsay Watson assumed her role as Lead Employee Experience Specialist with M&S EAP in February 2021. She brings her expertise on addiction prevention and direct customer care to her position. Lindsay works with the PA Trust Schools, entailing 54 school districts, as well as 33 other companies and brokers. She is the coordinator for a “white glove experience” program. She also has created a year-long mental health and wellness activity calendar, available for use within the companies that EAP works with. Her favorite saying is “stay strong and never give up.”
Sherry Myers

Sherry Myers
Sherry joined the M&S family in 2014 and has since transitioned to the EAP department as a Senior Employee Experience Specialist. She is also a Certified Recovery Specialist, a Life Coach, and is certified in both the Spot-It Method and in Critical Incident Stress Debriefing. Driven by a deep desire to help others, Sherry is dedicated to promoting mental well-being and empowering individuals to overcome challenges. She has also written personal biographies for others and is currently working on two new inspirational books. One of her favorite sayings is “Your past does not define your future.”

Julia Cray
Julia joined the M&S EAP family in March of 2022, and is an active member of the Suicide Prevention Alliance and Pyramid Healthcare’s DEI client representation sub-committee. Motivated by her passion for behavioral healthcare equity and awareness, Julia received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in criminal justice from Temple University in 2021. She continues to seek every opportunity to build upon her education working in the mental health field.

Armed with a degree in sociology and psychology, she has gained an understanding of the significance of mental health. With joining the M&S EAP, she’s taking a significant stride toward her ultimate aspirations of becoming a mental health therapist.

Jasey Rakoczy
Jasey has worked within the healthcare industry for over eight years and is most passionate about mental health. Prior to working in this industry, Jasey worked as an account sales manager training management and employees on different services. She enjoys the uniqueness of each human being and is great at building confidence in others.
She is interested in holistic approaches for healing and is a huge advocate for practicing self-care; her favorite form of self-care is working out. Outside of work Jasey spends time with her family – husband, two boys and golden retriever.

Kaday works for M&S EAP as a Provider Network Coordinator. She has been with M&S EAP for 2.5 years. She is CISM certified and Spot It trained. Her role is to maintain credentialing for our providers, assist with web app updates and any issues that may arise. She loves arts and crafts, as well as spending quality time with her girls.
Krystal Campbell

Krystal Campbell
Krystal Campbell joined the M&S EAP team in 2024 as a Corporate Wellness Specialist. She brings over 15 years of experience from physical therapy, senior-living and corporate wellness. She has earned a masters degree from A.T. Still University and currently holds credentials as an Exercise Physiologist and Wellness Coach. Krystal is also certified in Mental Health First Aid.
Krystal has a passion for mind-body fitness and views movement as medicine that supports all aspects an individual’s well-being. She has a strong customer service philosophy and excels in designing and delivering content for wellness promotion. Equipped with a sense of humor and compassion, Krystal is able to effectively support clients wherever they are on their wellness journey.
Outside of work, she spends time raising two children, exploring the great outdoors, finding new ways to remain active and reading. One of Krystal’s favorite quotes is, “If it’s important, you’ll find a way. If not, you’ll find an excuse.”

Tiffany joined M&S EAP in May 2021. She has over 20+ years working in customer service and finance. She also works closely with the marketing department and enjoys all aspects of her role with M&S EAP.
